Do you use a pasta machine to roll out fondant?
I absolutely HATE rolling out fondant – I must take too long because for the large pieces, it always dries out. Is there a machine I can buy that is LARGE enough to roll enough fondant for 14″ cakes? Or would that only be a commercial machine…
Loni – how big of pieces does it do though – or can you get them big enough for large cakes???
You can definitely use a pasta machine to roll out fondant. I have used this brand http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/product.aspx?T=1&productId=630255.
This does make it so much easier!
