How have you done on the South Beach Diet?
I have since October 05 lost 65 lbs using various methods going from 266.5 to 198.5lbs and now am at 210 on average. I feel at some sort of intermission and am hungry, stressed, and mostly pressed for time and energy. I still want to lose more; decided to get the book and I have tried to the prepackaged meals and like that they are suprisingly filling; which is important to me because I fill so hungry lately, especially when I get home late at 1030 at night to help fall asleep). Anyway decide I want to go through phase one, do you think it be ok to get the meal from the vending machine at work for dinner, and my diet Pepsi, and drink water, because what I have in my lunch bag it not compliant, cup of noodles and stir fry rice. Plus I don’t eat seafood unless it’s a fried fish fillet. Plus I’ve already had some cereal and some kielbasa. What do you suggest for today with little money and considering what I already have comsumed. or should I start at a later date, ya think?
