Noodle Roller
Is my diet ok? Please read my discription and tell me what you think .?

My food :
Ive been making soup and its just the can of chicken noodle soup , about a cup of pasta and alot of carrots and not as much celery .
I drink ALOT of water and diet coke .
I love my carrots and fruits .
For dinner I have a chicken burger salad , which is just a chicken burger and letuce and sliced caroots .
My excersise:
I do alot of things for my stomach , situps , side crunchs , alot of different things i find on the internet , I do squats for my legs and where i touch my elbow to my knee . I also walk to the library and the corner store (i try not to buy anything sweet) I want to start roller blading more and im starting to go to the gym every friday and then im going to the YMCA on tuesday to see if i can work out there on tuesdays . I like the olipticals and things for my legs .

All sounds pretty good.

A couple of things i would suggest would be to cut out the diet coke. Soft drink has no nutritional benefits and its not doing you any favours.

Also pasta everyday is alot of carbs. Mix it up with a vegetable soup.

Some fruit into your diet might be a good idea too

For exercise i suggest getting some small handweights and doing some weight training. Helps improve your strength and works out your arms.
