Home made Ravioli?
Im wanting to make home made ravioli instead of buying it, can you tell me of a recipe for beef that does not involve a Pasta Maker Machine.
You can use wonton wrappers, available in a lot of supermarkets. They are essentially very thin sheets of pasta and work well in lasagna as well. Jacques Pepin’s book “Fast Food My Way”, has a good cannelloni recipe using them, though it’s not available online. In my supermarket, they are in the veggie section.
