What are these called?

okay so its like a dessert I guess, They are almost paper thin, & you put them in a thing like a waffle maker except its made for them, it puts a design in them, They come in lots of flavors, like lemon, the lemon ones are yellow, their kind crunchy. I want to make some SOOOO bad but I cant for the life of me remember the name, something like pazells patzells pezells.

Their name & maybe a recipe would be awesome.
Please help! It’s my birthday!;) Thanks to anyone who answers! ^_^ I can try to answer question if you need more details. >_<

pizelles – I had an iron for years, but never made any. There are lots of different recipes on the web.
I think they are sometimes spelled with 2 z’s.
