Waffle Iron Reviews
Need help with registry?

Please which vacuum, toaster oven, microwave, electric tea kettle, or waffle iron brands would you recommend??
I am adding things to my registry and it making me crazy because I cannot choose which brand of what to get. I read through tons of reviews on each product I consider to add and its so time consuming and I was hoping i can get some help here

I am a fan of these brand names….Kitchen Aid, Black & Decker, Cuisinart, Whirlpool, Oreck.

Orek vacuums are pricey but worth it.

Black & Decker makes good toaster ovens

My microwave is a Whirlpool ( wall mounted over my stove)…but Kenmore is pretty good.

Waffle iron? One of those things that you really don’t have to buy a specific name brand, most are good…just depends on the features you want.

I use the old fashioned stove top whistle kettle so I can’t help there.

Cuisinart Coffee makers are good. Mine’s very reliable. Stainless steel carafe that keeps the coffee hot for hours, too. My blender is a Cuisinart, too.

I swear by my Kitchen Aid basic stand mixer…you can get attachment kits to turn it into anything from a meat grinder, sausage stuffer, food processor, salad shooter, pasta maker, even a home made ice cream maker….I LOVE MINE.

George Foreman grill…so convenient…even the small ones-great for hot dogs & burgers. I do salmon steaks in mine…yummy.

A CROCK POT IS A MUST! Mine is the biggest, fanciest one Rival makes. set it up in the morning, plug it in, turn it on, select either 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hrs, or 10hrs, and fuggedaboudit…yummy soups, stews, chili, and chowders….I even use it for ribs, pulled pork, pot roast, home made stock,…man, do the ribs come out sooooo tender…

Also, an electric buffet (server) is nice…I have one that keeps three separate dishes hot and also can be used as one big warming tray or a hot plate…it’s ‘fancy design’ looks elegant on any buffet table..I will also use it to keep dinner warm (up to 3 hours) The brand is Nostalgia Electrics.

My Oster electric griddle gets a workout every Sunday for either bacon or country ham steaks & eggs, pancakes.

I have a swedish brand name pressure-cooker but here again, that’s a lost art (and I do home canning with it)…up to you on that appliance.

..and don’t forget to ask for a good hand iron, here again Black & Decker A lost art in the world of perma-press but you never know……
