That’s a lot of information you need there. I have this great wine & food pairing guide I got from Kendal Jackson, they make great wines. This list is from a sauvignon blanc to red zinfandel. This list what food pair like cheese, meat, seafood, fruits, veggies, herbs sauces and desserts. So go to kj.com to find a list like I have.
Wine glasses – red wines – large goblet, thick stem, ability to swirl the wine (red need air/oxygen that is why decanters are used), glass thickness
