Does anyone grind their own hamburger?
I have a Meat Grinder Attachment for my kitchenaid mixer and also a kitchenaid food processor and now I’m looking at a waring pro meat grinder $200, 450-watt, can anyone give me some tips?
i grind my own meats and i use the cheapest cuts of meat and i grind it. also i grind chicken and pork with it an i also make my own sausage, just make sure the meat is cut in 2-3 inch squares and deboned and do the first grind then change the ring on the cutter to do the final size grind or you can grind it thick or small also you can add fat or remove fat from the meat depending on how lean yo want it
