Why do my house home electrical plug sockets spark when inserting a plug?
the wireing is almost 2 years new using gfci sockets. it seems to happen when the appliance is already on. my hot air pop corn popper does not have an on off option. also pluged in my vaccum already on and sparked. im guessing its arking but should i be conserned for safety?

what u should b concerned with is your spelling. Pick up a dictionary or turn on spell check!
The reason you see sparks when u plug in an appliance that is already turned on is due to two main factors: 1) the current is encountering instant resistance (hold your garden hose nozzle against a wall and turn it on — water goes everywhere), 2) the sparks, or “arking” (sic) is only free electricity in air. Unlike water from your hose though this free electricity evaporates instantly.
There is no real danger unless you somehow manage to connect with the arc and become a conduit for the current to ground. Your grammar sucks. Go back to school and make sure you turn your appliances off after use or when you plug them in they’ll spark and a stray spark can travel approximately 50′ and set your trailer on fire.
