I left cooked taco meat with some rice in my microwave for a DAY in a closed rice cooker, is it OK to eat?
It still smells good and looks OK. If I run it through, will it be OK to eat? Just wondering? And if there have been people who have eaten food like that?

Not ok to eat. The bacteria that cause diseases only show up under a microscope and they don’t give off an odor. If it’s been sitting for more than 4 hours, eating 1/2 teaspoon of the food could give you food poisoning. Surprisingly, the rice can be contaminated too, not just the meat.
