I want to buy a pasta maker, what kind is best? The roller kind or the one that works like a grinder?
Extruders are the best. Just make sure to get a good one. If you can afford it get a commercial one, the household ones break quickly if you use it alot. If the parts are made of metal (brass usually) they are way more durable than the ones with plastic parts.
